The Apple iPad next day hangover: why do I write on my laptop?

I must say that real tempered my enthusiasm for the bit iPad "when I got home and started playing with it. This morning I returned to the Assembly MBP laptop(HP 530 battery) and my writing ... Why?

1. Keyboards make writing more effective at this point. I do not think I met a long time, if I had an iPhone or an input device main IPAD me. Artificial clicking noise produced from these institutions is better than nothing but not as good as the real keyboard keys by clicking on the appropriate registration letter.
2. It's a still tiny. IPad The form factor is incredible. Yet, even for 15" laptop(Apple MacBook Pro 15-inch battery) I always ask for more pixels. The screen is brighter, and is able to shift from portrait to landscape and back is good, according to the APA running. But it's still a kid. No complaints that I often opt for larger screen anyway.
3. We do not know what to do with it yet. I heard an NPR podcast with a nice view and a text that runs along the side. But I do not really podcasts. So it did not last long. Then we played all variations of this game is amazing Doodlejump, as expected. Other attractions are Mahjong Draw. But again, we have barely begun to explore options.
4. The Netflix streaming is fantastic. Thus, mobile viewing of movies available for streaming or downloading, is very cool experience. But again, it's only cinema. Once you get a small device created for viewing, is no different, and not really better than your laptop(Dell Vostro 1700 battery). In the uterus, so it is smaller, easier to move, but I found myself looking around a pillow to put under its entry in the right corner.
5. Things are really incredible ongoing. What can I do with my iPad today what I can do with it? What should I do with my iPad one month? What are the innovative use of large touchscreen that has yet to be discovered? We'll see as we move forward together.
6. The thing is pretty amazing eBook. And the number of free books, I think, will surprise you. I think do some book reviews of free stuff. Best So Far: Portrait of the Artist as a young Connecticut Yankee Author royal court, Walden, Kamasutra (obviously), Siddhartha. Run the page with a touch of the finger, and even the sound of moving the page is cool. But words are not the end of the tour that takes the form of e-book so intriguing. I remember reading Newton Hacker Crackdown on my back in the day. E 'was great, but just a pain in the ass. Ebooks generally expect to be more or less like real books as Asus Eee PC 900 battery. But what can we do in the future, books specifically designed for the IPAD, Well, I can not wait to go in that direction too.
7. Finally a new computer is just a new computer. The IPAD does nothing by itself. It just feels great in flat "metal and glass. But doing nothing creative or fabulous without thinking properly. And we have not found a way to ask the IPAD to reveal all the possibilities for us to yet. And it is a common experience. Whenever you upgrade to a more rapid, sweetest laptop(Dell Inspiron 1525 Battery) as soon as we run again, watching the same family of operating systems, research on the same sites.
And 'the engine, but what you do with him. With iPad we open Bell. The devices have survived the first 24 hours their collective hands. For a moment last night when the kids were rough housing, I found myself saying, "Children of the Kindle is a game, but it is a game very much, so I decided that if you don ' have not struggled with it in you. Again, at the end of the game that we were heading home, my daughter had found the training program and was walking on the sidewalk with a bright light iPad his face to powerbook g4 adapter. " Be careful honey, "I said, referring to the fall and probably skin of the knee.
Total iPad my experience so far can be summarized as follows: doodlejump, surf the Web, mahjong, apple a1036 adapter, draw, surf the web, doodlejump, App NPR listening to a podcast, mahjong ...
Afternoon Update: A friend who is a technology and business planning, and I wanted to know what I thought my IPAD. He said last night, iPad Saturday night to be exact, the vendors were skeptical, but is capable of producing affordable iPad three varieties. Apparently you can get one if you wish. After a brief discussion was likely to return to the Apple Store and pick one. Was to protect the units Android "come", but saw the value of the IPAD, yet.
